Sometimes People Just Don’t Eat Right.
When you are tired, depressed, clumsy or just feeling bad, the cause could be something that is very easy to fix. The body requires vitamins and minerals to maintain a healthy life.
Nutritional deficiency occurs when the body is not getting enough nutrients such as minerals, amino acids and vitamins. If the lack of these essential components continues, conditions caused by nutritional deficiency, such as anemia, will decrease the body’s fat content – but muscle, bone, brain tissue and even blood can also be depleted!

There are many delicious foods that provide amino acids, including eggs, cottage cheese, turkey, mushrooms, fish and beans, quinoa is a very rich source of amino acids.
Vitamins are the Building Blocks of the Body.
Vitamin D operates as a steroid hormone. It can be absorbed from sunlight.When you’re lacking time in the sun, it can also be sourced from cod liver oil, fatty fish and egg yolks.
Vitamin B12 is necessary for proper brain function as well as blood formation. Shellfish, meat and eggs provide vitamin B12. Vegetarians need to find a supplement.
Vitamin A helps form and maintain healthy skin, teeth, bones, eye pigment and cell membranes. Preformed Vitamin A comes from organ meat such as liver and fish oil. Beta carotene provitamin A is found in yams, carrots and dark green leafy vegetables like spinach.
Nobody Eats Their Spinach!
Most diets do not include cod liver oil, spinach, milk or even carrots. Therefore, most nutritional intake lacks the very elements that make a person healthy and productive. Without making changes to your diet to include the essential food groups in the correct proportions, you need to supplement the vitamins and minerals.
