We have had a very busy couple of months in the clinic. While we have been gone some, getting some much-appreciated downtime, the staff have been working day in & day out to see that our patients, and Dr. Mitch Sill are being taken care of. Without our wonderful staff it would not be possible for us to see the number of people we see in a day, or week!
A while back a grateful patient gave Dr. Harper some gift coupons for food & beverages at South Fork Junction, which is near Elk City. Dr. Harper got the idea of taking the staff up for a day at Red River Hot springs then a night at South Fork Junction Lodge.

Dr. Harper & I drove up on Friday, in a blizzard! We spent a relaxing afternoon tucked away in the lounge at the lodge, had a few snacks and eventually a wonderful dinner! By far the best Fillet Mignon I’ve had in a long time! It was cooked to perfection and the sauteed veggies were delicious also.

We started Saturday morning with homemade sausage patties, they do all their own meat up there. Biscuits, gravy, and eggs. Then it was off to Red River Hot springs where we were meeting the staff. The folks at the Hot springs were wonderful, very accommodating and made sure we all had a great time. After a fun-filled day we drove back to South Fork Junction Lodge for a great dinner, drinks, and lots of good conversations! It was wonderful to be able to relax and enjoy each other’s company and get to know spouses as well!

After a leisurely breakfast we all headed down the road refreshed and ready for the next adventure!

Our next Clinic Class will be held Tuesday May 2nd here in the clinic at 6:00pm. This month we’d like to know What are the top 3 things you would do for your health going forward. And what would you like to see from us?
This weekend Dr. Harper will be in Boise for the Annual Idaho Association of Chiropractic Physicians Convention. We will also be out of the office from Saturday May 6th-the 20th. Dr Harper will pay a visit to his Mom in Yuma during that time.

I would like to end by expressing my sincere thanks to our Doctors and Staff, each of you are an integral part of what makes Gem State Holistic Health such a great place work and to be treated at!
